• When should I reach you?
  •  Ideally, as soon as possible. Based on your inquiry we will prepare a quote for you. Subsequently, you can make a binding reservation.

• What is the certainty that you will really come?
  • We have been building the trust of our clients for a long time. After confirming the binding reservation, the minibus is reserved for the day. Our satisfied clients are the result of a professional approach, that includes meeting pre-agreed terms and conditions.
• Do I need to travel abroad for work, do you also provide these services?
  • We do not provide these services. We provide irregular national and international passenger transport. If you are a group of colleagues working abroad, we can prepare a price calculation for you.
• Are you based only in Bratislava?
  • We are based in Bratislava and in the High Tatras. These locations, however, may not discourage you, we transport passengers from all over Slovakia, write your inquiry, we will send you a quotation and you decide.
• Are your vehicles air conditioned?
  • Yes, all our vehicles have air conditioning.
• The vehicles are nice, but aren’t they old?
  • The visual condition corresponds to the technical condition of the vehicles. We strive to provide safe, comfortable and seamless services without any complications. For this reason, we maintain and renew our fleet on a regular basis.
• How many kilometers is the minimum distance to reach you?
  •  The distance is just one of the factors for price calculations. Since it is an irregular transport of passengers, each transport is specific. Therefore do not hesitate to contact us, we will certainly find a suitable solution for your requirements.
• Do you have adjustable seats?
  • Adjustable seats are available in the Mercedes Benz Sprinter and in the Peugeot Boxer Minibus,.
• Why haven’t I heard about you yet?
  • In the past, we worked under the Annadoprava brand. We have extended our branch to the capital city of Bratislava and for this reason we have decided to change the name of the company. We have been working in the passenger sector since 2006.
• Do you also transport to weddings?
  • Yes, if you book our vehicle for a specific date, we ensure you, that the vehicle will be on this special day booked only for you.
• I need a transfer from the airport. Can I order you?
  • We provide this type of service for travel agencies, businesses and private individuals. The price for the transfer is always for the whole vehicle, not per individual.
• How do you carry passengers’ luggage?
  • For the passengers, we have a spacious storage compartments in the vehicle. Luggage trolleys are available for larger baggage.
